The unexpected holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the authorized release, "A mysterious confrontation draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new mission, where rumors of forbidden practices and monstrous changes resonate through the shadows." The storyline presents a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a clandestine group.
The questline focuses on "bizarre experiments and a monstrous enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The preview showcases the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages.
